ROLE: SOCIAL INCLUSION ANALYSIS CO-ORDINATOR

REPORTING TO: Monitoring, Analysis and Outcomes (MAO) Team Lead
ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY Pobal delivers funding programmes on behalf of
the Government to a wide range of community service and development
organisations. This role is based in the Monitoring, Analysis and
Outcomes Unit, which is responsible for collecting data on outputs and
outcomes of programmes, its analysis, producing reports for the
funders and providing insights for programme design and policy
development.
The role will focus on the programmes delivered to the area of Social
Inclusion, in particular the Social Inclusion and Community Activation
Programme (SICAP). The Coordinator will be responsible for developing
and implementing analysis work plan and fulfilling Pobal?s
monitoring and reporting requirements as agreed with the Department of
Rural and Community Development (DRCD).
